Study Information

Study Objective: Evaluating an oral medication (TP-05) to prevent Lyme disease in high-risk areas.

Key Participant Criteria:

  1. Healthy adults aged 18 to 70.
  2. Individuals with frequent tick exposure (outdoor workers, hikers, campers, or those living near wooded/grassy areas).

Study Medication: TP-05 (lotilaner), an oral pill taken once every 4 weeks.

Commitment:

  1. Total Duration: 63 weeks (approx. 14.5 months).
  2. Visits: 18 total clinic visits.

Participant Benefits:
